2024 Mid-Winter Woman’s Retreat

The Retreat space is fully paid for and all set!! Thank you for getting your final payments in.


Now, let's talk nourishing our bodies with food.

The collective decision was to bring food and prepare our meals together, as sisters would during any family gathering.

Preparing meals and enjoying the driest of our labor together, is a beautiful way to deepen the connections between us.

Here is the meal plan:

Friday and Saturday Evening:

Charcuterie/finger foods/appetizers


Saturday and Sunday Morning:

-breakfast will be like a hotel style, help yourself buffet-


Yogurt/granola/fruit

Oatmeal

Waffles


Saturday Late Lunch:

This is the meal we will prepare together and sit together formally.

Vegan Chili -kerry

Corn bread-kerry

Salad -kerry


I will purchase and bring all of the food for the Saturday Lunch.
